We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

For first-time orders, we allow returns of one opened product within 30 days so you can try the product risk-free. Additional items in the order must be unopened and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Product must have been purchased directly from our website
  • Only one opened bottle per first-time order is eligible for refund
  • Additional products must be unopened and in original packaging

We reserve the right to deny refunds for excessive use, abuse of the policy, or suspicious activity.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
